The tour was fantastic, well organized and great people involved. From visits to little known waterfalls to impromptu stays with families in gers the program provided something new every day. Comments on the support; The vehicle might not look much but it was incredibly capable, getting us in and most importantly, out of some very rough terrain. Our driver Honai was dedicated and always safe. Our cook Sairan was so hard working, first up in the morning and often one of the last to turn in, we never went hungry and the food overall was great. Lastly our guide Ebo looked after us every step of the way, sharing knowledge of the places and people to answer our many questions.

First day was a visit to an eagle hunter and his family, staying in a ger and partaking of milk tea, arul and arig and then meeting the magnificent eagle. From there we were into camping, spending the next 3 nights moving toward the Potanni glacier and what was the highlight of the tour. The horse ride through magnificent countryside and then views of the mountains and glacier were breathtaking.

We would reccomend this to anyone seeking some authentic experiences and a great trip.

Fantastic tour from Ulaanbattar to Khuvsgol National Park via Amarbayasgalant Monastery. Amazing scenery and very interesting detail. Superb team of guide & driver, who both excelled in their respective roles and went above and beyond, staying with us when our flight back was delayed by several hours and teaching us Mongolian & Russian card games in the evenings (still a bit miffed they beat us at the British games that we taught them though! ;). Food & accommodation was excellent with different dietary requirements all met with no problems and very comfortable ger camps.

We took this 11 days tour (Beautiful Mongolia) at very last minutes. Mr Bat was so helpful to assist our arrangements. Goomaral and Damba were our tour guide and driver for most part of the tour. Maral is such a bubbly intelligent young lady who knows so much about her home country and shared it with us. Damba is so funny and such a good sport. He took good care of us for the transportation. Gobi dessert and lunch with nomad family. For the last leg of the tour, Khissin was so informative, we enjoyed the Cultural Concert so much. Overall this is such an eye opening experience for us. We highly recommend Discover Mongolia for good rewarding experience at Mongolia.
